The terms that govern your access to and use of Pellucida.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pellucida, including our website, Studio, account features, payment flows, AI video generation tools, generated media, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, starting a generation, purchasing credits or a subscription, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account and billing information and to keep it updated. We may suspend or terminate accounts that use false information, violate these Terms, or create risk for Pellucida, other users, service providers, or the public.
Pellucida is an AI video generation workspace. The Service may let you:
The Service may change over time. We may add, modify, limit, or discontinue features when needed for product, safety, compliance, provider, or infrastructure reasons.
"User Content" means content you submit to the Service, including prompts, scripts, reference images, uploaded files, brand assets, product screenshots, and instructions.
You retain your rights in your User Content. You grant Pellucida a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit, transform, display, and create outputs from User Content solely to provide, secure, support, improve, and operate the Service.
You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed to submit User Content and to use it for AI generation. Do not upload content that infringes intellectual property, violates privacy or publicity rights, contains confidential information you are not authorized to process, or is illegal to use.
"Outputs" means media generated through the Service, including images, video clips, narration, subtitles, timeline assets, and final MP4 exports.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, Pellucida assigns to you any rights it has in Outputs to the extent legally permitted. You are responsible for reviewing Outputs before publishing, distributing, advertising, or otherwise relying on them.
AI-generated content can be inaccurate, incomplete, visually inconsistent, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for a particular use. Pellucida does not guarantee that Outputs are unique, non-infringing, error-free, or accepted by any advertising platform, marketplace, customer, regulator, or third party.
You may not use the Service to create, upload, generate, distribute, or attempt to generate content that:
We may block prompts, reject uploads, remove content, limit generation, suspend accounts, or report activity when we believe the Service is being misused.
Pellucida may offer free credits, subscription plans, and one-time credit packages. Prices, credit amounts, renewal terms, expiration rules, and supported payment methods are shown at checkout or on the pricing page.
Credits are a limited license to use generation features. Credits have no cash value, are not legal tender, and may expire according to the plan or package terms shown at purchase. Free or promotional credits may be limited, revoked, or changed at any time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage billing through the account billing area when available. If you cancel a subscription, you may continue to have access until the end of the paid period unless otherwise stated.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge your payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and renewals.
Except where required by law or expressly stated at checkout, payments are non-refundable. Credits consumed by generation requests are generally not refundable once generation starts.
We may, at our discretion, restore credits or issue a refund for duplicate charges, verified billing errors, or service-side failures that prevent delivery of a usable generation result. We generally do not refund for changes of mind, prompt quality, stylistic preference, user error, unused subscription time, or third-party platform rejection of an Output.
Refunds, when issued, are returned through the original payment method when supported by the payment processor. Processing fees, taxes, exchange-rate differences, and third-party charges may not be refundable.
The Service depends on third-party providers for infrastructure, payments, authentication, email, storage, AI generation, text-to-speech, video generation, and final composition. Your use of the Service may be affected by those providers' availability, policies, rate limits, and terms.
We are not responsible for third-party services that we do not control, but we will use reasonable efforts to keep the Service operational and to select providers appropriate for the product.
The Service and Outputs are not legal, medical, financial, safety, or other professional advice. You are responsible for obtaining professional review before using Outputs in regulated, high-risk, or sensitive contexts.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of generated assets. Some features may be experimental or beta and may change, fail, or be removed.
You are responsible for downloading and backing up Outputs you want to keep.
Pellucida, the Service, software, design, interfaces, trademarks, logos, and documentation are owned by Pellucida or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you ownership of Pellucida technology or brand assets.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, copy, resell, sublicense, or create competing services using non-public parts of the Service except as permitted by law or written agreement.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or if continued service would create legal, security, provider, or operational risk.
Termination may result in loss of access to credits, account data, projects, or Outputs, subject to applicable law and our retention practices.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pellucida disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and reliability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pellucida will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or third-party claims.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pellucida's total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to Pellucida for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pellucida from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, Outputs, use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another party's rights or applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as posting the updated Terms or sending an account notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
